Refund Policy

Effective Date: Jan 28, 2025

1. Digital Services Policy

All subscriptions for MasterConsultancy.io's link shortening services are non-refundable. As we provide immediate access to digital tools upon payment, refunds cannot be granted for:

  • Subscription plans (monthly/annual)
  • One-time service upgrades
  • Domain or API usage credits

Exception: If service outages exceed 48 consecutive hours, we'll issue prorated credits.

2. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at masterconsultancy.io
  2. Provide:
    • Invoice number
    • Transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
    • Reason for dispute

We'll investigate and process valid claims within 5 business days.

3. Cancellations

  • Subscription plans: Cancel anytime, but no refunds for unused periods.
  • Auto-renewals: Turn off renewal up to 24 hours before billing date to avoid future charges.
